Billy Cribbs - Sr. Project Manager
A native of Miami, FL, Billy joined Lupoli Construction after 25 years in the residential building industry. With a proven track record of more than 190 homes in Western North Carolina, Billy is a tremendous asset to our team. He is current with regulations such as the Home 3D CAD for designing homes and floor plans. Billy is a United Stated Army Aviation veteran of six years as a CH-47 helicopter flight engineer in Korea and with the 101st Air Borne Division in the states. A licensed private pilot for 19 years, his hobbies include computer online flight simulators and online NASCAR racing.
John Lupoli
Since founding Lupoli Construction in 1982, John has built mountain homes of renowned distinction recognized in national publications such as Southern Accents as well as numerous regional magazines. An enthusiast for the arts, John has been a contributor to the Highlands Community since 1975 when he relocated from Miami. He is committed to maintaining strong relationships with his family, clients, and community members, whether it's through his involvement with his family's church, or through his service on various community boards. He lives in Highlands with his wife Anita, an artist, and three of his children; Isabella, Juliette, and John III. In the same way a Lupoli home naturally integrates materials from the region into a home in harmony with the environment, John strives to integrate reliable and expectation-exceeding service to clients into a way of life for his team.
Regina Lupoli - Director of Business Development
Regina joins Lupoli Construction after five years in public relations and marketing. She graduated with honors from University of Florida with a degree in Public Relations and French, followed by a career with top Atlanta agencies; Ogilvy PR Worldwide and The DeMoss Group. At Lupoli, she manages the company's marketing, advertising, community relations, and client relations efforts. Additionally, Regina works in the property management sector of Lupoli, Inc., including grant writing for commercial developments.
Jim Shearon - Sr. Project Manager
Jim joined Lupoli Construction in 2001 and is responsible for some of the company's most celebrated homes. For more than 30 years leading up to his career with Lupoli, Jim was a Civil Engineer for Arabian American Oil Company in Saudi Arabia as well as for the Missouri Department of Transportation. He earned his Civil Engineering degree in his home state of Missouri. Despite Jim's impressive professional accomplishments, he and his wife Linda are most proud of their three children and three grandchildren. A fan of woodworking and gardening, Jim also enjoys traveling, hiking and scuba diving.
Scott Sloop, AC- Construction Coordinator
Scott is a recent graduate of Western Carolina University with a bachelor's degree in construction management and a minor in business administration. While at WCU, he became certified by the American Institute of Constructors (AIC) as an Associate Constructor (AC). Born and raised in nearby Hendersonville, Scott grew up in the construction industry, always knowing it would become his professional career. Scott serves as support to the senior team at Lupoli Construction, bringing to the table the latest and greatest from the world of academia.
Chuck Watson
With 18 years experience in residential and commercial construction, Chuck is a valued team member at Lupoli Construction. He works closely with John Lupoli to ensure quality and accuracy on all projects. Though Chuck wears many proverbial hats at Lupoli Construction, his specializations include masonry, roofing, glass work, electrical, plumbing and general carpentry. A native of Virginia, he has lived in Western North Carolina for most of his life and says, "I wouldn't want to live anywhere else." Chuck has been with Lupoli Construction for six years, and holds a North Carolina Real Estate License. When not working, he enjoys spending time with is wife and two children, as well as hunting and fishing.
Janis Wilson- Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager
Janis joined Lupoli Construction in 2010 and quickly became a valued asset. She is responsible for the company's receivables and payables in addition to keeping the Lupoli Construction office organized as a whole. Janis has a degree in business administration and has worked in the construction environment for several years. Originally from Massachusetts, Janis has resided in California, Alaska and Florida. In 2009, she and her husband moved to Highlands, where he and his family grew up. |
